How to Apply
HOW TO APPLY
Step 1: PREP
• Wash hands with soap & water.
• Push back cuticles and clean with an alcohol wipe to insure nails are free of oils and debris. Make sure nails are dry and warm.
PRO TIP: Make sure to warm up nail wraps before applying. Place under your thigh or use a hairdryer on low for a few seconds. You also can use our Nail Wrap heater. This will make them more flexible and activate the adhesive for better adhesion.
Step 2: SELECT SIZE
• Select size that fits your nails. The wrap should not exceed past the nail bed onto skin or cuticles.
Pro TIP: If between sizes, choose the smaller size to ensure proper adhesion.
Step 3: REMOVE CLEAR COVERS
PRO TIP: Use the silicone end of our cuticle tool to easily swipe off the covers.
Step 4: APPLICATION
• Remove wrap from backing.
• Place wrap over center of your nail, starting at cuticle line and pressing outward.
• Press firmly from center and then side to side.
PRO TIPs: Make sure to avoid placing wrap on the skin or cuticles. This will cause them to lift. Start applying wraps at pinky and work toward thumb. We suggest applying them before bed so that they have more time to adhere to the nail bed.
Step 5: FINISH
• Fold wrap over top of nail and file in a gentle downward motion.
• Don’t file side to side, this will tear edges.
PRO TIP: Trim excess material with scissors or nail clippers close to nail before filing.
Step 6: TOP COAT
• Apply one thin layer of quality Top Coat to the nail beds and tips.
PRO TIP: Always apply top coat if applying suncreen or swimming.
Step 7: AVOID WATER & LOTIONS FOR 3 HOURS
Handwashing is ok, but avoid hot water, cleaning, showers or dishwashing and lotions or oils for at least 3 hours.
HOW TO REMOVE
• Apply cuticle oil or nail polish remover onto your nail.
• Use a manicure stick to gently lift wrap from corner of the cuticle area. Gradually roll the wrap off your nail.
CAUTION: Do not peel off wrap in one quick motion.

No Light Gels (NLG):
With the right nail prep and application steps, you’ll get great results.
Here are a few key tips that make a big difference:
• No Light Gels you need to warm them up to room temperature and make sure your hands are warmed up too. If they are too cold, they will not stick well and be rigid. Put them under your thigh for a few minutes or hit them with a hairdryer on low setting for a bit or you can use my nail wrap heater.
- Start with clean nails. Wash with soap and water, then use an alcohol wipe (or alcohol on a cotton pad) to remove any oils, lotions, or residue.
-
Avoid water for the first few hours. The wraps need time to set and adhere properly. It’s best not to submerge your hands in warm or hot water for at least 3 hours after applying — that means no showers, cleaning, cooking, or dishes right away. Handwashing is fine.
-
Make sure to firmly press all along the edges very good to make sure they are full on the nail bed. Do not overlap on skin or cuticles. This will cause them to lift.
- Apply at night. I always apply mine at the end of the day so they can set overnight.
- After 2 hours, finish with a top coat. A good quality top coat will seal them in and help them last even longer.
Also, in some cases some people's nails are oilier than others and we suggest to apply Orly bonder rubberized base coat first before application.
